Here are some Glee DVD-related facts:
+ I am extremely excited about the promised never-before-seen batch of Sue’s Corners and the DVD’s sing-along karaoke feature.
+ My neighbors are probably NOT excited about the DVD’s sing-along karaoke feature.
+ If you bought the Glee: Volume One: Road to Sectionals, you get a $10 ”Gleebate.” More info here.
+ You should always replace the long “e” sound in words with “Glee” (see: Gleebate), unless you’re saying the word DVD.
+ The Blu-ray and DVD sets are retailed at $69.99 and $59.99, respectively, but if you are one of the millions of people who receive Sunday ads or shop online, you will not be paying that price when it is released.
+ Pre-sales begin Aug. 18, a day after my birthday because the world is cruel.

The episode's titled "Journey," so it's pretty fitting then that the show released a clip of Rachel and Finn belting out Journey's classic tune "Faithfully."

With fans still Hung Up on Glee’s homage to Madonna, hardcore Gleeks are now wondering if the show’s creators will Open Their Hearts to another themed episode.
On The Red Carpet’s Chi-Lan Lieu caught up with Ryan Murphy and Ian Brennan this week to address the Circus of Twitter rumors they are planning a Britney Spears episode.
“We talked about it,” said Murphy. “She certainly would love to do it. And I think she’s phenomenally talented. And the kids and the cast certainly have a great connection to her. So maybe, yeah. We’re going to talk about it.”
Corey Monteith, who plays the lovable Finn Hudson, expressed his own idea of who he’d love to pay tribute to, “I would probably have to say Billy Joel. I think he’s wonderful, he’s such a wonderful songwriter. And I’ve always been inspired by his music.”
But Mr. Schue himself, Matthew Morrison told us he hopes the show doesn’t get bogged down with themes, though he does have one Idol whose music he’d love to take on.
“I don’t know. I don’t know if I want the show to go into a let’s do a theme of this person, and this person. Because I think that would lose the specialness of the show,” said Morrison. “But if we were to do one, I would love to do a Prince episode.”

“I’ll be doing a remake of the Physical video with Olivia Newton-John,” she told us. “So I am thrilled about that.”
Lynch, who was attending An Evening with Glee event, went on her say her character has plenty more Hell-raising in store this season.
“She has to have an enemy so she’s always created obstacles for herself," she joked. "She’s relentless with that Glee club. She wants them destroyed. She wants them bested. That keeps her really busy.”
Lynch also revealed a small tidbit about the season finale of the hit show, “In the last episode, there’s a very, very interesting panel of judges, judging Regional’s. A couple of celebrities, and a couple of local celebrities.”

Mike O'Malley has had a very busy year. In fact, he's having a busy week -- on Tuesday, April 27, he appears on both FOX juggernaut "Glee" as Burt, Kurt's dad, and as Jim, Lauren Graham's mostly off-again love interest on NBC's "Parenthood."
"I'm just trying to age as ungracefully as I can in front of the nation," O'Malley told Zap2it at the "Glee" Spring Premiere Soiree in Hollywood. We'd argue that O'Malley showcases plenty of grace in the "Glee" episode, "Home," in which he and Chris Colfer deftly portray the delicate relationship between a gruff single father and his gay son.
"There's a lot at stake in their relationship and [we're] trying to show other people how it can be, in a positive way," O'Malley says. "I'm not saying hey, let's go to Greenwich Village and be in the parade. This is very very difficult, but he loves his son."
As for "Parenthood," O'Malley scoffs. "Every time I'm on that show, Lauren Graham breaks up with me. I hope to God she comes to her senses and realizes I am what she needs."

While the Gaga episode is coming up soon, Jayne Lynch reveals this week's episode is a dramatic change from last week's Madonna montage, saying, "This episode is a real tear-jerker." The cast all watched it together -- and cried!
